Our FFA students showcased their skills in poultry evaluation at the Bayou Region Invitational in Napoleonville on February 26th! They judged live production hens, broilers, and ready-to-cook carcasses based on production quality. The competition also included a parts identification section and egg grading based on interior and exterior qualities. Next up, they’ll compete at the Area IV FFA Career Development Events at Southern University in March—best of luck to our team!
