FACTS Family Portal Information

• Click HERE to access the portal.
• Select CREATE NEW ACCOUNT.
• Our District Code is: CSP-LA
• Enter your Email Address as provided in your application to the school.
• Click CREATE ACCOUNT.
• You will receive an email from FACTS Customer Service Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes, the link will only remain active for 6 hours. 
• Once you click the link in the email, a Change/Create Password screen will open. You can also change or use the default username provided.
• Type in your desired password in the Password and Confirm Fields.
• Click on the Save Username and/or Password Button.
• Close the window and log back into Family Portal by clicking HERE. 
• Type in your username and password. If you have forgotten your username and password, please click on the link provided.
• Go to the left-side Navigation Menu.
• Click on Apply/Enroll.
• Click on Enrollment/Reenrollment.

• Click the FACTS Family Portal Login Button at the top of this page. 
• Our district code is: CSP-LA
• Enter your username and password. If you can’t remember your password, select forgot password. 
• Click LOG IN.
